Pride and Allies
Pride and Allies is one of KBR’s global employee resource groups that aims to give LGBTQ+ people equal opportunity to learn, influence and lead within our business. In Australia, we want to help create truly inclusive spaces where everyone is respected for who they are and can bring their whole selves to work.
MERGE
KBR’s Minority Employee Resource Group, known as MERGE was created as a vehicle for employees of underrepresented demographics to freely express ideas and to develop new initiatives with a community of like-minded individuals. MERGE is important because we are all the products of our culture, and if we are not exposed to others, we can become resistant to change.
IMPACT
IMPACT is an employee-led organization that serves as the launching point for developing young professionals within KBR. Through professional development, networking, community outreach, and career and personal enrichment, IMPACT seeks to motivate, retain and develop our members, and transform them into future leaders at KBR.
