KBR applies a Zero Harm 24/7 approach which is a comprehensive safety program that emphasises leadership commitment, risk management, employee engagement, continuous improvement, incident reporting and investigation, contractor safety, and environmental stewardship.
We’re able to offer our Zero Harm 24/7 approach to customers which includes a comprehensive suite of transactional (procedures, processes, policies, forms, standards, work instructions) and transformational (cultural and behavioural) tools to plan and execute safe projects. Our highly skilled safety professionals are also able to develop project specific programs drawing on our extensive experience of co-creating safety programs for some of the worlds largest mining and energy projects.
