Zero Harm HSS (Health, Safety and Security) Absolutes
Achieving HSSE excellence requires more than just lip service. It means putting our words into action. At KBR, we believe it requires an unwavering commitment to KBR’s Zero Harm HSS Absolutes and a willingness from all of us to apply them at work and in our personal lives. The Absolutes are six transactional management systems that guide all work tasks and outline all of our responsibility to:
- Plan ahead before we start work.
- Monitor work tasks for potential at-risk behavior or situations.
- Review any and all such issues or situations that may arise.
- Act to ensure that at-risk behaviors or situations are avoided now and in the future.
By personally internalizing the Absolutes and adhering to them at all times, we can all safeguard our individual health and safety and the well-being of all those around us.
