Evolution of Zero Harm
KBR’s Zero Harm culture was founded on the genuine belief that zero safety incidents is an achievable goal at work and in our personal lives. In 2020, that culture was expanded to include KBR’s sustainability policy. Not only are we committed to industry-leading safety standards, but we’re also committed to making decisions that count toward becoming a more socially and environmentally sustainable company. We believe it’s about doing what’s right for our planet, our people, our communities and our business.
KBR’s sustainability agenda centers around 10 key areas across the company — our Sustainability Pillars — where we’re focusing our efforts.
Tied to these pillars are our Zero Harm Commitments, pledges that employees can make to make a difference at work, at home and in their communities. We encourage employees to choose commitments that speak to them. There’s no limit on how many you can choose. By making changes, large or small, together we can make decisions that count and make a lasting distance in our personal lives and in the way we do business.
