I would like to reiterate our thanks to everyone who took the time to participate in this survey. The data it provides to help us track our performance as an employer is invaluable, and having read every comment personally, I feel much better informed about how you see life at KBR. Our priorities will be shaped by your feedback as we continue our efforts to put our people first.

My thanks also to our many managers across KBR, who perform difficult jobs balancing the needs of our employees, customers, shareholders and other stakeholders. Your expertise, energy and engagement make all the difference, and while there are always opportunities for improvement, there is also much to be proud of.

Lastly, I’d like to say a personal thank you to the People function team, who worked closely together to prepare for this survey and are now in the thick of analysis and action planning. And a special call out to Christine Gillon and Jennifer Buckholt who partnered with GPTW through a challenging set-up and launch phase and were the people behind the ppsqueries@kbr.com inbox.
