KBR is committed to the goal of becoming an inclusive and globally diverse employer of choice for the best and brightest talent from around the world. To achieve that goal, it’s imperative for us to listen to our people to learn what we’re doing well and to discover the areas where we can improve. To that end, we held our first People Perspectives global employee survey, in which we asked our people to share their insights about KBR’s culture, employee experience, and compensation and benefits. We had a good showing for this first survey, with 46% of eligible employees taking part. We will work to expand participation for future surveys by adding languages and improving access. For those of you who participated, thank you. We’ve heard you, and your insights and personal views will help us as we continue to look inward and make KBR the absolute best place to work. The purpose of this report is to share those insights in a spirit of full transparency. You’ll see there were many positives. For example, 80% of you believe KBR is a great place to work, and 81% would recommend KBR as an employer. I was also proud to see that 83% feel a sense of pride in what we accomplish as a company, and that 89% believe we’re committed to delivering high-quality products, services and solutions for our customers. Our people are the best at what they do and the work we do together truly matters. We are delivering solutions that are helping create a better, safer and more sustainable world. That’s something we should all feel proud of, and these responses reflect that belief. Of course, there were also areas where we have more work to do: 60% believe they are paid fairly for the work they do, and 62% feel KBR provides and supports development opportunities. This kind of feedback is crucial. We are using this and other information you’ll see in this report to develop and execute action plans. And we’ll be sharing our next steps and progress with you along the way.
