The first People Perspectives Employee Engagement Survey was a team-of-teams effort and everyone involved is to be commended.
Thanks first to KBR’s HR team, who developed the survey in house. This not only ensured relevance to KBR’s business and employees, but it also helped control costs. The team quickly delivered a survey that will help us understand our employees’ views and opinions, and we look forward to continuing to enhance and develop it in future years.
Many thanks to KBR’s IT team, who were an excellent support in developing reporting dashboards in Power BI so that managers can see their team results without compromising anonymity.
We’re also grateful for the support from KBR’s Global Communications and Marketing team. We had very positive comments about corporate communications and other local communications, such as town halls. We recognize that we need to be efficient with people’s time, so having a coordinated approach is important. This is being discussed by senior management to ensure we share best practices, and we will continue to refine our communications.

Lastly, thank you again to all KBR employees for taking the time to participate and for being honest in your feedback. As local results are analyzed and action plans developed, you will hear more about opportunities to get involved. All of this has been for you, as we continue to put People First at KBR.
