This report allows us to share insights in the spirit of transparency, across our new GS EMEA business, and from next year we will welcome the input from colleagues in those new divisions, further ensuring we capture the insights of our expanding team to help make KBR the very best place to work.

The reasons for holding our first People Perspectives Survey, are compelling. It was an important opportunity to ask you directly to share your valuable opinions, insights and comments on all aspects of our Employee Value Proposition, culture, your employee experience, and compensation and benefits.

Thank you to those of you who participated. Your candid views and insights will serve to assist us greatly in how we can continue to make KBR an absolute employer of choice.

The purpose of this report is to be fully transparent – sharing the many positive insights you were able to provide, including the trust and approachability of your managers. There are also areas that we need to focus and improve upon, including development opportunities and openness on promotion decisions. We will be using this valuable data to establish focus groups, attended by employees, led by RLT members and facilitated by HR, to develop solutions to the challenges, we welcome all to form part of the change, from which we can develop and execute action plans and initiatives.
