COEs complement our Communities of Interest (COIs), bringing together expertise from across KBR to solve specific problems that are important to our customers, our communities and our people. Using our ‘Team of Teams’ approach, COEs lead the development of thinking and new solutions enables us to deliver at scale.

Communities of Interest (COIs)

Our global COIs are virtual forums that enable thousands of subject matter experts from every part of KBR to connect. COIs empower our people, bringing together thought leaders to share their vast knowledge, best practices and cutting-edge innovation, our COIs help to build awareness of new developments and facilitate conversation that develops our talent.
