Integrated Logistics Support Functions
Integrated Logistics Support Functions
Through our RTO, we are the first provider in Australia to develop and deliver 7 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Units of Competency.
These units support Defence and Defence Industry in the logistic Support Analysis (LSA) aspects of Defence ILS. These units are designed to support Defence and Industry to upskill their current workforce to fill the hundreds of ILS roles coming online over the next few years.
To be eligible to participate, you must either be a KBR employee or have officially engaged the KBR RTO.
Who should do this qualification?
These units are appropriate for technical specialists supporting defence integrated logistics functions. Typically, these individuals will have existing vocational or higher education qualifications related to engineering and engineering support experience.
Study option
These nationally accredited units will be delivered using a blended solution including self-paced eLearning, roleplays, activities, assessments, and virtual TEAM workshops. Each course is designed to be run with a cohort of students. The nominal duration per Unit of Competency is 40 hours over a 4-6 week period.
Upon successful completion of a Unit of Competency, learners will be provided with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the respective unit.
