This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts.

The job roles that relate to this qualification may include 2IC, Team Leader, Contracts Officer, Project Administrator or Quality Officer.
Units of Competency
The Qualification is made up of nine Units of Competency and the nominal duration per Unit of Competency is 40 hours over a 4-6 week period.
KBR RTO have developed the units of competency in consultation with our facilitators who draw upon real-life case studies and examples to ensure the knowledge you gain is practical and applicable to your role.
These units are offered as a whole qualification or as individual Units of Competency Micro credentialling.
Who should do this qualification?
This nationally accredited qualification will prepare you to become more involved in workplace projects by teaching you an industry leading project management methodology (PMBoK®), and how to apply it.
Offering a thorough grounding in project management, this qualification is great for members of project teams with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes, but need to understand how projects works including terminology and methodology.
Study option
To allow maximum flexibility for individuals, KBR RTO offers BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice via a combination of elearning and virtual instructor led sessions. Students gain access to online learning materials, case studies, learning tasks, and practice questions, all working to guide the student to successfully undertake all assessments, practical exercises and evaluation tools so as to complete the course requirements.
You can take each step of your qualification at your own pace, connect with others in the cohort, and receive online learning support from KBR RTO Trainers and Assessors.
