Digital Transformation Referral Contest

Join us as we kick off our Digital Transformation Referral Contest!

One of the best resources for identifying top level talent is tapping into our very own best and brightest - you! We are asking everyone to dig deep into their professional network to help bring in the newest members to our Team of Teams.

Included is a list of active hiring needs that that are tied to our Digital Engineering/Transformation workstream. We want to encourage everyone to spend some time scouring your networks to ID a minimum of one referral.

To make this interesting, we will be awarding a $3,000 bonus on top of any current referral bonuses tied to the position. The bonus will be awarded at the end of the contest period and the winner will be selected by a randomized draw. The candidates will be reviewed to ensure they are a viable candidate for the specific positions they were referred to.

Dates for the contest will be from March 25th – May 3rd.
