Who we are
Rhiannon Ho
Communications and Engagement Lead KEY SKILLS:
Comms strategy Comms planning Survey / engagement Leadership comms Copywriting / messaging Rhiannon has been with Frazer-Nash since 2020, and it that time has formed and lead the internal communications team. She lives by the motto 'where's the plan' and provides strong leadership communication support to the business, as well as sitting on DISC. Her spare time is often spent chasing round her son, Barnaby, and she loves dance music - especially trance.
Ed Pizii
Communications and Engagement Lead KEY SKILLS:Change comms Staff engagement Comms strategy Leadership comms Channel management Ed has been with Frazer-Nash since summer of 2023. He is a former Army Officer and has a background of internal and external comms, with a specialisation in change and leadership communications. Outside of work he is an Exeter Chiefs season ticket holder and likes to spend time walking in the Devon countryside with his English Bulldog Maggie.
Gillyan Fiddes
Internal Communications Advisor KEY SKILLS:
Channel guidance Proofing and editing Visual assets Team organisation Copywriting Gillyan joined Frazer-Nash in April 2024 with a wealth of experience of producing comms in the engineering industry. She also enjoys producing image, video and audio content. With meticulous attention to detail, Gillyan focuses on planning and organisation to help get the job done. In her free time, she follows the Scotland National Football Team and teaches highland dancing.
James Dixon
Senior Communications Advisor KEY SKILLS:
Analytics Comms systems MS Apps for comms Project comms Copywriting / messaging James joined Frazer-Nash in the summer of 2021, bringing a variety of comms experience across sectors including local government. He is an adept problem solver, using his knowledge of apps such as Power Automate to provide innovative comms solutions. In his spare time, he is a keen park runner and enjoys all that Bristol has to offer.

Our purpose is to add value by sharing our organisational vision with our people, empowering and uplifting them, and helping them feel a sense of belonging. We care about our people and deliver success while being a trusted and reliable partner.
