Our Gender Pay Gap

Introduction

The Gender Pay Gap is the difference between the average hourly earnings between men and women in an organisation. It is a snapshot of our payroll data at a specific point in the year, this year the data is based on a snapshot date of 5 April 2025. We are required to report on this annually and the criteria which we report against are set by the UK Government.
