All In
All In is KBR's global community dedicated to promoting and strengthening our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) culture. The vision of All In is to make KBR an employer and contractor of choice where all employees, customers, and partners are included and celebrated, and where a diverse team collaborates to uphold our commitment to social sustainability in the communities where we live and work.
The mission of All In is to:
- Advocate for a safe, inclusive culture at KBR by providing awareness, education, and a collaborative community to advance diversity in the business.
- Promote the sponsorship and advancement of underrepresented talent.
- Connect, unite, and uplift a diverse community of passionate employees.
- Build a culture of belonging at KBR.
All In is guided by five value-based cornerstones that promote key I&D fundamentals. They reflect action-oriented behaviours for promoting inclusion and diversity within KBR.
Employee Resource Groups
You can help shape our company culture, all while developing a close network of other change agents with similar interests as you. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are one of the many ways we seek to increase diversity and foster an inclusive work environment that enhances our global workforce. Whether you want to join an already-established ERG (such as ASPIRE or IMPACT) or start your own, your voice is valued here.
Communities of Interest
Collaborate in our Communities of Interest (COIs) virtual forum with other subject matter experts to develop technical skills, connect with other global employees, problem-solve together, and even provide your unique input on KBR’s own business activities. You can immediately get involved in one of our COIs, such as Data Science & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Sustainability, and Program and Project Management.
Reconciliation Action Plan
As part of our commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and focusing on building reciprocal relationships with them, our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) centers on engagement, respect, and opportunities. Our RAP is a process that will help create an environment of meaningful, mutually beneficial, and sustainable change — in understanding, attitudes, and behaviours — across workplaces and throughout Australia.
