Next Gen of Flex Work
When we say we care about your work/life balance, we mean it. KBR is proud to introduce the Next Gen of Flex Work. Eligible employees can enjoy our two new special and unique flexible working programs — Flex Work (paid) and Sabbatical Leave (unpaid).
With the Flex Work program, you can work anywhere in the world for up to four weeks in a 12-month period and continue to be paid while working. You can take all four weeks at once or split them up to meet your needs.
With the unpaid Sabbatical Leave program, you can take time away from KBR and truly disconnect — as long as you have at least two years of service and commit to return to KBR for at least 12 continuous months. You should not engage in gainful employment, meaning you will not be paid during your time away, so you can enjoy the benefits of taking a break.

We've partnered with business unit leaders to design each KBR Pathways session, ensuring that you get a firsthand look at the different parts of our organization and the many exciting roles that are available to you. We want every employee to feel empowered and excited about their career prospects, and we believe KBR Pathways is the perfect way to make that happen.
Tech Fellows Program
The ONE KBR Tech Fellows Program recognizes top technical, engineering, and scientific technical leaders at KBR as a group of experts to serve as KBR ambassadors. They create an innovative environment to maintain technical capabilities in the markets we operate in, network within the technical community, promote KBR to customers, attract next-generation talent, and develop emerging technical talent.
As part of the Tech Fellows Program, you can expect to:
- Collect a one-time selection bonus.
- Dedicate 80 hours of research, development, and innovation time per annum.
- Continue your education (in addition to the KBR Education Reimbursement benefit).
- Receive annual funding for conferences, travel, materials, and membership fees.
- Be recognized internally and externally via KBR communication and marketing channels, and be able to use ONE KBR Tech Fellows Program.
- Lead and engage in technical forums, learning events, Communities of Interest, etc.
- Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent.
- Provide a notice of commendation to be sent to applicable trade/industry/professional organization(s).

Employee Referral Program
KBR believes that one of the most valuable resources for finding new talent is our current employees, because you understand the company’s unique culture and performance expectations.
Employees who refer a candidate for a position may be eligible to receive a referral award once the candidate is hired and has completed a length of service.
The establishment and processing of referral awards are the responsibility of each business unit/IHO function staffing organization.
