Confirm your veteran status in Workday

Being recognized as a veteran can help you connect with veteran communities and support networks, providing camaraderie and assistance in various aspects of life.

Access your Workday account

  • In the Workday search bar, type “Change My Veteran Status Identification”
  • Click on the task from the drop down
  • When your name appears as the Worker, click OK
  • Review the information on why you are being asked to complete this form.
  • Use the prompt icon to make your veteran status selection.
  • If you select “Recently Separated Veteran” you will also be required to enter your discharge date.
  • Click Submit to save your changes. Clicking Save For Later will save your progress in your Workday inbox.
  • No approvals are required to change your veteran status in Workday.
